Pieter Walcarius is an analog collage artist whose work spans a diverse spectrum of themes related to architecture and society. The prominent use of geometric shapes creates dynamic compositions that highlight the structural and visual aspects of both architecture and nature. Walcarius's collages often feature modern and brutalist architecture, showcasing atypical shapes and the gritty beauty of these structures. By integrating natural elements into his collages, Walcarius emphasizes the contrast between the organic and the man-made, prompting reflections on the coexistence of nature with urban landscapes.
