Adrienne Morrow
Digital, Hybrid
I work across digital collage, new media, and installation, using my own experiences, memory, and personal identity. However, I open up raw image files in TextEditor to corrupt their code directly physically altering its digital form to create glitched layers of ephemera by playing with certain architectural structures, and confessional texts. I scramble its coding to break it down into dense like visual surfaces, mirroring in how my own personal history gets fragmented and rebuilt the more I try to reconstruct myself within the work.
