Visual Duuck (visualduuck.com) is a directory of collage artists, created and run by Katya Suleymanova. This page explains what information I collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What I collect

  • When you apply to the directory: your artist name, country, Instagram handle, email, website (optional), bio (optional), your style and medium, three images of your work, your answers about commissions and contact preferences, and any message you send me.
  • When you browse the site: anonymous statistics about visits (pages viewed, country, device, how you found the site), collected with Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.

How I use it

  • To review your application and create your artist card and personal page.
  • To contact you about your application or your listing.
  • To understand how the site is used and make it better.

I never sell your data and I don't use it for advertising.

What is shown publicly

If your application is approved, your artist name, country, style, medium, bio, works, Instagram and website are shown on your page. Your email is shown only if you chose email as a way for clients to contact you. Your message to the curator is never published.

Where your data is stored

The site is hosted by Namecheap (EasyWP). Applications arrive by email and may also be stored in the site's admin area. Statistics are processed by Google Analytics (Google LLC).

Cookies

The site uses cookies for statistics only after you agree to it in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

How long I keep it

Application data is kept while your listing is active. Applications that are not approved are deleted within 6 months. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics retention settings.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete your information, or to remove your listing from the directory. Just write to katevoroboyva@gmail.com and I'll take care of it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
